The tempered maple neck and matching maple fingerboard provide a beautifully cohesive foundation, featuring a comfortable Medium C profile measuring .830 inches. A 24.75-inch scale length and versatile compound 9.5-inch to 14-inch fingerboard radius offer a familiar, relaxed playing feel, while medium Jescar 47095-S stainless steel frets, measuring .095 x .047 inches, provide exceptional durability and a smooth playing surface. The black block inlays add a bold visual contrast against the maple fingerboard, completing the guitar's distinctive vintage-inspired appearance.

A pair of Lollar P-90 pickups delivers the tonal heart of this Serus J, offering the clarity, bite, warmth, and dynamic responsiveness that have made P-90s a favorite among discerning guitarists. Nickel pickup covers complement the instrument's hardware, while the Mastery M1 bridge and NV vibrato system with Lightning Bolt arm provide exceptional stability, resonance, and expressive vibrato capabilities. Additional appointments include Novo 18:1 locking tuners, Dunlop strap locks, a black toggle tip, and Stringjoy .010-.048 gauge strings.
