The Jackson Custom Shop SL2H Soloist “Murder William” is a bold, unmistakable Custom Shop creation, finished in vivid Graffiti Yellow with a dramatic Bloodsplatter graphic. The Black headstock, 80's Graffiti Yellow logo, Black hardware, and contrasting pickup covers give this Soloist a striking visual identity that feels aggressive, rebellious, and distinctly Jackson. At 7 lbs 4 oz, it balances its commanding appearance with a comfortable, performance-ready weight.

Built from Roasted Alder, the Soloist features Neck-Thru, Scarf Joint construction and a Caramelized Maple neck shaped to Jackson's Speed Neck profile, measuring .775" at the 3rd fret and .835" at the 12th. The Ebony fingerboard features a 12" to 16" compound radius, Pearl Sharkfin inlays, and 24 Jumbo Stainless Steel frets. A 25.5" scale length, 1-11/16" nut width, 2-1/4" butt width, Ivoroid neck and headstock binding, and Green Luminlay side dots with Black Rings complete the refined neck specification.

The hardware is designed for precision and stability, with a recessed 32mm Titanium Floyd Rose bridge, Locking R3 Floyd Rose nut, and Gotoh Black tuning machines. The scalloped horn carve on the treble side adds another distinctive detail to the Soloist's silhouette, while the Black, White, and Black truss rod cover, Black Oval Plate side output jack, and Dunlop Dual Design Black strap buttons carry the dark accents throughout the instrument. The guitar is finished with a Urethane top coat and strung with .009 to .042 strings in Standard E A D G B E tuning.

For its voice, the “Murder William” pairs a Seymour Duncan '59 in the neck position with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge position, with no middle pickup. The two humbuckers are controlled by a 5-Way Blade selector and a single 500K volume control with a Black Dome Knob, with no tone control.
