The Bourgeois Fully Torrefied D guitar is built with aged tone Adirondack top, and aged tone mahogany. The torrefication process heats the wood in a controlled environment to “cook” off volatiles like oils, sugars, and resins that only leave the wood after decades of drying. Simply put, it “ages” the wood, making this guitar have the tone of older, vintage instruments. A must-have!
