Its classic Les Paul body features a radiant AA figured maple top over a mahogany back and sides, accented by one-ply top binding and finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer. Traditional weight relief keeps the instrument at a substantial yet manageable 9 lbs 5 oz, while the glowing amber finish brings out the natural depth and character of the figured maple.
The Medium C neck follows the familiar 24.75 inch, 628.65 mm scale length and features an ebony fingerboard with a 12 inch, 304.8 mm radius, 22 narrow tall frets, cellulose trapezoid inlays, and a Corian nut. A long neck tenon reflects the instrument's traditional construction, while the combination of the comfortable neck profile and ebony fingerboard provides a smooth, expressive playing feel. Nickel hardware completes the vintage inspired presentation, including an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, stop bar tailpiece, and Kluson Deluxe tuning machines.
Tonally, the guitar is equipped with a BurstBucker 2 in the neck position and a BurstBucker 3 at the bridge, delivering the distinctive warmth, clarity, sustain, and harmonic character associated with classic Gibson humbuckers.
