The 2018 Ryan Nightingale Grand Soloist is an exceptionally crafted, visually striking acoustic guitar that showcases the artistry and attention to detail of its builder. Combining a European Spruce soundboard with East Indian Rosewood back and sides, this instrument offers an elegant tonal foundation with the potential for impressive clarity, warmth, rich harmonic content, and excellent dynamic response. Its Venetian cutaway provides comfortable access to the upper frets, while the extended 25.7" scale length contributes to its distinctive feel and articulation.
The guitar features an exquisite Ebony Box Binding Package, incorporating an elegant bevel and acoustic flutes for both visual refinement and playing comfort. The upgraded inlay package adds another level of craftsmanship, with decorative appointments throughout the headstock, fretboard, soundboard, and outer circlet. Particularly distinctive are the beautiful Deco fretboard inlays and matching bridge wings, giving this Grand Soloist a sophisticated, custom-built aesthetic.
Thoughtfully designed with both performance and comfort in mind, the Grand Soloist features a 1.75" nut width, 2.25" string spacing at the bridge, and generous body dimensions measuring 11" at the upper bout and 16" at the lower bout.
