The Vincent Bell Electric Sitar was purchased in a small town music store in Ohio in 1980 while Robert Frank (Bassist) was on tour with John Cougar(Mellencamp). After Robert Frank left the Band in 1981, he loaned the guitar to John to use on the Uh-Huh Tour in 1984.   Ever since it has been on display at Robert Frank's house.
