The Magnatone Starlite 1x10 Combo with Reverb brings classic American tube character into a compact, hand-wired amplifier built in the USA. Finished in striking Plum & Vanilla, the Starlite combines vintage-inspired styling with a remarkably flexible voice, making it equally at home in the studio, on a small stage, or as an inspiring everyday amplifier.
At its heart is a single-ended Class A circuit delivering 8 watts through one 12AX7 preamp tube and one 6L6 power tube. A custom 10-inch Magnatone ceramic-magnet speaker gives the amp a focused, lively response, while high- and low-sensitivity 1/4-inch inputs provide additional flexibility for different guitars and pickup outputs. The unique tone control moves across black-panel and tweed-era voicings, while a mid-cut below 12 o’clock provides further tonal shaping.
The Starlite also features switchable negative feedback, allowing players to choose between a more controlled response and a more open, dynamic character. A Digi-Log spring-style reverb adds depth and atmosphere, giving the compact combo an expansive quality that complements its naturally expressive tube response.
