Its hollow chambered body features a figured Myrtle top over a swamp ash body, finished in a rich Tobacco Shaded Edge treatment that brings out the depth and figure of the wood. The satin natural headstock, satin natural neck back, and chrome hardware create an understated contrast, allowing the woods and finish to remain the focus.

The Chocolate Maple neck is paired with a Ziricote fingerboard, traditional 25 1/2-inch scale length, and 1 11/16-inch nut width. Jumbo frets and an Even-Taper neck back shape provide a comfortable, substantial playing experience, while offset high and low side front dots and Luminlay side dots offer clear visual reference on the stage or in the studio. The Buzz Feiten Tuning System adds further precision to the instrument's intonation and tuning.
