This Circle Strings Dreadnought is directly based on the guitar built by Adam Buchwald for Trey Anastasio of the band, Phish. Adam pulled out all the stops when choosing the special woods to be used in these amazing guitars. Incredibly old and rare German Spruce provides volume and projection like few others, while lacing in plentiful overtones that coexist perfectly with the strong fundamental base. The extra curly Koa back and sides are another tonewood flex from the finest stocks at Allied Lutherie. Framed in English Holly binding and traditional Herringbone trim, this guitar exudes class and sophistication. You simply will not find finer tonewoods than what is being used in the Circle Strings instruments.
