This McCarty is in one of our very favorite colors - Violet. Deep, rich and on the 10 top she sports it seems like it envelopes the color and projects every nuance of the grain. There is a reason this model is creeping up on 30 years of success - the specs are impeccable, the build is superb.

In honor of Ted McCarty, the president of Gibson during the golden era of guitar building, PRS released the first McCarty guitar in 1994. This homage to a legacy of innovation has been reintroduced to the public with 58/15 bass and treble pickups personally designed by Paul Reed Smith, a push/pull tone control with a 3-way toggle, adjustable PRS stoptail with brass inserts, and Phase III PRS locking tuners. Designed to reach a wide array of tones, the PRS McCarty provides exceptional clarity. Check this guitar out at Eddie’s today!
