Devilishly tempting, the Custom Shop Limited Edition El Diablo Strat offers a decidedly menacing option to slash through a mix.

The new Custom Shop hand wound El Diablo Strat pickups are output calibrated and packed with fiery Fender tone. These pickups combine with the sonically resonant eight-hole raw aluminum pickguard for dynamic, powerful tone. The master volume control features our Tone Saver Treble Bleed, allowing all of your tone to shine through at any volume setting while the bridge pickup includes our Greasebucket™ tone control circuit to retain full gain at any setting. The quartersawn maple neck’s 10/56 “V”-shaped profile flattens slightly from the “Soft V”-shape at the nut as you move up the neck, while the fingerboard sports 21 6100 jumbo frets and a modern 9.5”-radius—ideal for lead or rhythm playing alike.

The two-piece alder body is constructed from wood specially selected for light weight, making it easy to wield this guitar all night long. The Heavy Relic treatment on the body, neck and hardware replicates the wear and tear from decades of heavy use. The incarnation of vintage cool and mojo—with tone from hell—the Custom Shop Limited Edition Heavy Relic El Diablo Strat is the perfect guitar to add some fiery bombast to your sound and stage show.
