Every once in awhile we spec, order, and receive a guitar that is an equally a collectible piece of high art and a toneful playable machine. This Paul Reed Smith Private Stock Custom 24 Roasted Curly Maple is one of those. Eddie's personally hand-selected the fine woods and combinations of aesthetics for this incredible instrument...

Roasted curly maple top and neck with African mahogany back is the platform. Ebony binding adorns the neck and lines the roasted curly maple veneered headstock. Agoya side dots and 'J' birds along with a private stock agoya eagle with an ebony center - Ebony pickup rings, switch tip, and ebony locking tuner buttons - curly maple backplates  - PRS and Eddie's has spared no attention to detail!

It's bling, but it's very organic and natural-looking bling - such a beauty.

Smoke black hardware for awesome contrast and 58/15 LT pickups to amplify the natural tone of this gem.

And at just 7lbs 11oz she is svelte and feels as good as she looks.
