Here's something you don't see everyday...! A fully Satin-finished 1970s Martin D-18!
As tale goes, a handful of these Satin finished guitars (D-18s and D-28s, apparently) were special ordered by Stutzman's Guitar Center in Rochester, New York back in the 1970s. This example is in outstanding condition, and its Satin finish remains in almost unplayed condition. Otherwise, it's a downright fantastic example of a mid 70s D-18. It has a bold, deep tone that has the dry and woody sound a D-18 should have. The guitar is setup beautifully and is ready to be enjoyed by its new owner.
