At the heart of this instrument is a responsive Adirondack spruce top paired with Honduran mahogany back and sides, a classic combination that delivers headroom, punch, and dry fundamental focus. The Hill Country build and voicing takes that foundation and leans into warmth and openness. The scalloped Sitka spruce X brace pattern, notably built without a tongue brace, allows the top to move freely, producing a wide dynamic range and a woody, broken in character right out of the case.

The Honduran mahogany neck features the Hill Country large profile, full in the hand but never cumbersome. It transitions from a modified C to a modified V with a rounded fingerboard edge, giving you substance and comfort in equal measure.
