This axe’s roasted maple neck possesses a comfortable “C” shape with a 5-bolt sculpted neck joint and a super-articulate, 12-inch-radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 stainless steel frets. A gunstock oil and hand-rubbed blended wax finish give this already superb neck even more playability. As for tone, the Steve Morse Y2D houses high-octane DiMarzio pickups in a hyper-flexible HSH configuration with a versatile 5-way pickup selector switch.
