Froggy Bottom Guitars, based in Vermont, is helmed by esteemed luthier Michael Millard. A woodworker since age 10 and a luthier since 1970; his craftsmanship and tone wood selection for acoustic guitars is among the very best in the world.

Froggy bottom uses a variety of carefully selected tone woods in their specs such as German Spruce, Adirondack Spruce, and Koa for their tops and Honduran Mahogany, Cocobolo, Indian rosewood, Madagascar Rosewood, Guatemalan Rosewood, and even the highly coveted Brazilian Rosewood for their backs/sides/fretboards.

An Iconic signifier of a Froggy Bottom model is the frog inlay that adorns the headstock of each guitar. They also work with highly regarded engraving artist Glenn Carson on their instruments as well.
