Fender American Vintage '62 Stratocaster Left Handed

Fender American Vintage '62 Stratocaster Left Handed

The Fender American Stratocaster is possibly the most popular guitar ever made. Five years after the original Fender Stratocaster was introduced to the world, Fender brought out yet another bench-mark creation. Featuring a distinctive and visually/tonally different capped rosewood fingerboard (versus the maple neck and board found common on the '57 Stratocaster) and a three-ply white pickguard, the '62 Stratocaster left its mark with its darker sound and distinguished looks.

This American Vintage '62 Strat is built the same way today, as it was back in 1962.
