Carr Artemus
What's better than the Carr Artemus? With versatile EL-84 power tubes that deliver clean tones with great openness and clarity to biting or smooth touch-sensitive overdrive, the amplifier provides you with a variety of sounds. The Carr Artemus has fixed bias output stage offers wonderful punch with a smooth break-up when pushed. The Edge and Mid toggles sculpt tones from mellow to aggressive. The input modified cascode 12AX7 circuit emulates EF-86 thickness and gain without problematic microphonics. This is a new interpretation of my favorite aspects of AC sounds with all the stellar Carr component, craftsmanship, and cabinet qualities.

- Volume Controls: Edge - toggle switch - bright and upper mid boost
- Bass Control: Mid - toggle switch - switch between a 60s American mid voice to a British AC voice
- Treble Control: 30/15 Watt - toggle switch - select 2 or 4 power tube operation
- Bias Test Points and Bias Pot - (bottom panel) set power tube bias
- Two 12AX7 pre-amp tubes
- Four EL-84 power tubes
- One 5AR4/GZ34 rectifier tube
