Martin D 28 Marquis
The Martin D 28 Marquis might be one of our favorite acoustics from the Martin family. The D 28 features a solid Adirondack Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and side with grained Ivoroid Binding and Herringbone inlays. Together, the combination delivers a pre-war sound unlike any other. It's very loud, and provides the warmth and punch of a classic rosewood D. However, you'll hear more complex chimey tones with the D 28 Marquis, than you would from a classic D. This acoustic guitar is truly the whole package.
